The GTE-75B twin-screw extruder, equipped with an advanced air-cooled hot cutting granulation system, ensures high efficiency and precise metering during continuous synthesis, providing a reliable solution for large-scale production. The process flow can accurately ratio PE and a high proportion of CaCO3 filler through a loss-in-weight metering system, followed by efficient mixing and reaction in the twin-screw extruder. The reaction at high temperatures promotes the full integration of the raw materials, which are then pelletized through the air-cooled hot cutting granulation system, continuously producing uniform and consistent granules.
