The application of PLA/PET sheet
PET/PLA extruded sheets are widely used in vacuum-forming fields such as food packaging, toy boxes, stationery boxes, gift boxes and tools, fruit hardware, and other packaging; application in the field of antistatic: electronic parts packaging, permanent electrical conductivity Packaging of films, permanent antistatic films, permanent semi-conductive films, etc.; applications in daily life: blister, folding box, packaging, printing, card making, and other industries.
Granuwel plastic extrusion machine, PET, PLA/PBAT, and PP sheet products can be produced by the same machine. Used for different applications, for example, PET sheet is environment-friendly material, and is widely used in our daily life, food packaging, cups, cup lids, electric packaging, polyester fibres, furniture decorative product, medicine treatment, agricultural seeding trays, etc. PLA, biodegradable material can be used in rigid packages of vegetables, fruit, eggs and baked goods, cups, food trays, etc. PP, sheet has single layer sheet and multi-layer sheet, widely used for thermoforming products, food packages and electrical component package. PP transparent thermoforming sheet can be used for plastic cup, food tray, etc.

— Modular barrels and building block screw components, can adjust the barrel structure flexibly and quickly according to different processes. Screw construction
— Bimetallic material screw and barrel, with good performance such as better hardness, good wear resistance, good plasticizing, etc.
— High-efficiency gearbox and motor. The gearbox with low speed and high torque can ensure the low temperature of the material internal friction at low speed, which is conducive to the extrusion moulding of the material at low temperatures.
— PLC control for temperature, accurate, PLC programmed control, a high degree of automation. It can realize remote monitoring, control and on-line process adjustment.
— Different materials, we will design special screw elements for each customer.
— Diverse Material feeding system（Lose-in-Weight metering feeder and ordinary volume metering feeder）, flexible choose. Based on your different material, you can choose one or two/three feeders.
Process Flow
Material: the virgin/recycling material + additives will be sent to the extruder hopper by the loader.
Plasticizing: different materials are melted in the barrels, plasticized by twin screws, mixed to reach a uniform melt and extruded.
Filtering: filter out the impurities in the material from the screen changer.
Melt pump: make the loop control with the extruder together.
T-Die: the fluid material will be out here. There will be some shrinkage of sheet width here.
