Air Cooling Hot Face Pelletizing System
The main advantages of this pelletizing system is to prevent the material from hydrolyzing or difficult to dry when it encounters water. The components of this pelletizing system include Air-cooling hot-cutter, Hot-cutting cover, Cyclone system, Vibrating screen, Final product silo. For large volumes of production, it can be equipped with boiling beds or water jackets in the air delivery system pipes to help rapid cooling equipment.

Applications

This Air-cooling Hot-cutting pelletizing system is suitable for compounding with the following materials: PVC cable materials, medical PVC materials, PVC sealing strips and shoe materials, LLDPE PE high-filling blending, low-smoke halogen-free cable material granulation, PP PE-based WPC granulation, degradable materials, etc. For some heat-sensitive materials (especially PVC), it is necessary to be used with a single screw extruder, which separates the compounding and extrusion to better control the material temperatures.

1) Hot-cutting die head
– Hot-cutting mould template
Material: 38CrMoAlA, nitriding heat treatment.
Outlet diameter: 3mm
Number of holes: 30, 60, 90.
Die head body with heater
– Rigid Pvc Extrusion Template (Eccentric Cutting Template)
Material: 38CrMoAlA, nitrided heat treated.
Strand outlet diameter: 3.2 mm, 180 holes.
With melt pressure and melt temperature sensors.
With heater.
2) Pelletizer
– Air-cooling Central Pelletizer
Drive power: 1.5KW, 2.2KW, 3KW. Divided into 4 machines or 2 machines with motors
RPM controller: AC frequency converter.
Cutter blades: 2.3.4 blades
Stainless steel hot air hood with water jacket for cooling
– Air-cooling Central Pelletizer
Drive power: 4KW/5.5kW,
RPM controller: AC frequency converter
Tool structure: eccentric.
Capacity: 800kg/hr.
The eccentric pelletizer air hood can prevent secondary adhesion of particles during granulation through the external spray joint.
3) Conveying System
2 conveying blowers: 3KW, 4KW, 5.5KW.
Delivery pipe material: stainless steel 304, with water jacket cooling.
2 sets of cyclone separators, volume: 250L.
Material: stainless steel 304.
Cooling with water jacket.
Disassembly frame equipped.
4) Air-cooling Vibrating Sieve
Particle screening and particle cooling power combined.
