The core of this pelletizing method is to prevent the material from hydrolyzing or being difficult to dry when it encounters water.
This pelletizing system has high requirements for the cooling temperature of the strands: too low a temperature will produce excessive powder or unqualified particles, and too high a temperature will cause the strands to be flattened or even entangled in the pelletizer after entering the pelletizer. Therefore, it is necessary to equip it with a vibrating sieve.
The components of this pelletizing system are: Die head, air-cooling conveyor belt, cold pelletizer, vibrating sieve, and final product silo.

4) Vibrating Sieve
