Barrel:

· Design shapes include closed barrel, combined barrel with side feeding port and barrel with exhaust port.
· Lining options are integral barrel (without lining) and lining barrel.
· Processing range is φ12-φ350mm.
· The barrel material adopts 45# steel matrix + internal alloy bushing; 38CrMoAlA; 316L stainless steel; HC alloy cylinder, etc.
The barrel adopts precision CNC machining, precision, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and foreign original first-line brands are consistent, with the cost performance is much higher than similar products.

Processing Features:

· All component materials are from domestic first-line brands and imported professional material suppliers of Europe, with element and metallographic analysis and inspection to ensure foolproof raw materials.
· All products are processed by CNC to ensure consistency with component shape and tolerance design requirements (original accessories).
· Powder high-speed steel is processed using the European HIP process, and components are treated in strict accordance with the other party’s heat treatment process, with wear resistance and corrosion resistance equivalent to foreign first-line brands.

Liner:

· Different lining materials are selected according to different working conditions, usually including two main types of C-type lining and integral lining, lining materials are: α101. α 301,440C nickel base lining, imported HIP and so on.
