Technical characteristic

Gearbox:

The main Gearbox is exported from Italy ZAMBELLO gearbox or Germany HENSCHEL gearbox.

Oil system with filter, pressure, temperature and filter alarm stop function (oil pressure partial gear no lubrication, that is, the host machine needs to stop or delay stop) oil temperature reaches 65℃ alarm, 70℃ stop, lubricating oil cooler for the chip heat exchanger.

Safety clutch:

Main motor output shaft and transmission distribution box input shaft clutch for imported products, the product has the function of overload protection security, when more than set load torque, two and a half clutch automatic separation, release, the overload protection dowel pin set torque overload separation is 95% of the maximum torque.

Two and a half clutch corresponding positions are installed M18 speed sensor (using enhanced base), when the clutch both sides have a speed difference, automatic alarm and stop the main motor running, overload protection dowel pin need manual reset after release, clutch with the elastic element, ensure uniform torque can pass, after dynamic balance test and adjustment of the coupling, the speed measuring element is installed on one side of the clutch, and the signal is connected to the control system. When the clutch slips, the main motor stops immediately to protect the inlet clutch.
