Technical characteristic

◆Both screws and barrels are designed using the building block principle. The screw configuration, barrel structure, screw L/D, the number of feeding and venting locating, screen changer, the way of granulating, and the electric control mode are optimally adjusted according to different material properties and process requirements, optimize configuration, achieving extensive multi-functional, multi-purpose specificity the unification of the balance is versatility and adapt to the specific requirements.

 

◆Designed by CAD, the closely intermeshed screw elements have excellent self-wiping characteristics, and can be interchanged with each other easily. Our over 20 years of experience in screw design and software development enable us to realize efficient solids conveying, melting/plasticating, mixing/compounding, dispersing, homogenization, devol-atilization, pressure-buildup in twin screw extruders, in accordance to the specific requirements of each process. To meet the increasingly demanding challenges from new materials and new processes, we are providing new types of screw elements accordingly.

 

◆Host machine screw elements and core shaft connect with  the international level form of involute spline, fully the potential of mining limited space structure, both to achieve higher torque and bigger screw work volume.

 

◆ To meet different process requirements and applications , in conventional type A series (n≤500r/min,T/A3<6), high speed type B series (n≥600r/min,T/A3<6), the high torque type C series (n≤500r/min,T/A3>8), high speed high torque type D series (n≥600r/min,T/A3>8) products on the basis of the newly introduced higher torque of E, F series product (T/A³>10), to provide users of different levels of the wider choice.

 

◆The newly designed torque distribution system, high-precision grinding of hardened gear teeth, imported high quality key bearings, and the interlocking of  lubrication system are among the reasons for the good reliability of products.

 

◆ The general barrel material is Bi-metal, barrel base material of 45 # steel, liner with a-101alloy bushing, liner have C type and whole liner, it is optional, screw elements material for high quality high speed tool steel W6Cr5Mo4V2,the overall high wear resistance, which =can be competent for most job requirements. Working condition of special material can choose to provide corresponding corrosion resistance, wear resistance and resistance to abrasion and other special materials and handling mode.
