Advantages

Main Parts 

1) Cartridge Type Screen Changer Or Double Column Screen Changer:

In view of the impurities that may exist in the recycled materials, the screen changer with an enlarged filter area can extend the screen change time, reduce the number of screen changes, and increase the output. The screen changer is hydraulically driven and the material of the screen changer is 38CrMoAlA

2) Strands Die Head

Material: 38CrMoAlA, nitrification heat treatment.
Replaceable templates: diameter 4 mm, 2hloes. 3,5,9,13,17.

3) Water Tank

Cooling and transferring the material strips, and the contact part of the material is stainless steel. The tilt Angle is adjustable. Can be equipped with sprinkler, improve the cooling efficiency of the strip, equipped with a screen changer and water pump.

4) Strip Pelletizing

According to the equipment output, it can be divided into 2.2kW, 4kW, 7.5kW, 15kW and 22kW pelletizers.
The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel, the pressure roller is made of stainless steel, and the rotating shaft seal uses a dynamic seal.
The cutter blades adopt stainless steel and welded carbide blades.

5) Dehydrator
