Main Parts
1) Cooling Strands Die Head
– Various Quick Open Die Heads
Divided into Derrick quick open, double hinges quick open, four hinges quick open, etc.
Material: 38CrMoAlA, nitrification heat treatment
Replaceable templates: diameter 4mm, 2hloes. 3,5,9,13,17
The die head adopts a quick opening design to facilitate the cleaning of the remaining material in the barrel.
The die head body or the discharge template mold is equipped with a heater. Independent temperature control, with pressure detection and melt temperature detection sensors on the machine head body
The screen changer needs to be replaced after shutdown.
– Non-stop Screen Changer And Cooling Strands Die Head
Generally, a single-plate double-station screen changer is used, hydraulically driven or manually driven.
The screen changer material is 38CrMoAlA with nitriding treatment.
Flat heater or heating rod heating.
2) Water Cooling Tank
Tank body material: stainless steel
The tank body is equipped with a hand wheel, which can move forward and backward, which is helpful for startup operation.
The water tank support frame is a high-strength profile with wheels for easy overall movement.

3) Air knife

– Vacuum Wiper (Whirlpool Air Pump Type)
Vortex air pump power: 1.5KW. 2.2KW, 3KW
All water will be removed and stored in a stainless steel tank

4) Water shaker
Drive motor power 0.37kW
The motor drives the rotation of the strip frame. Shake off the moisture on the surface of the strips and return the water to the sink

5) Pelletizer
According to the equipment output, it can be divided into 0.75kW, 2.2kW, 4kW, 7.5kW, 15kW and 22kW pelletizers.
According to the structure of the pelletizer, it can be divided into cantilever, gantry, and other high-end pelletizers.
According to the hardness and performance of the materials, they can be divided into pelletizers for soft materials and pelletizers for hard materials.
The cutter blades are divided into SKD11 and tungsten carbide alloy blades.

6) Vibrating Sieve
It is used to sort powder or large pieces of materials produced during the granulation process. Qualified finished materials will enter the silo.
