Water ring pelletizing system is suitable for the granulation of black masterbatch, white masterbatch, and granulation of TPE EVA, and other elastomer soft materials. Features: simple operation, easy maintenance, good particle shape.
Its components: hot cutting die head, pelletizer, centrifugal dehydrator, vibrating sieve, etc.

Applications

- PPR pipe compounds, PE compounds for crosslinked pipes
- TPR, TPU, TPV thermoplastic elastomers; EVA and hot-melt adhesives
- Color concentrates of PE, ABS, PS, EVA, etc
- Flame retardant masterbatches of ABS, EVA etc
- Masterbatches with PE, PP, PS etc as carriers for degradation applications
Main Parts
1) Hot-cutting Mould
Material: 38CrMoAlA, nitriding heat treatment.
Outlet diameter: 3mm,
Number of holes: 30, 60, 90.
Machine head body with heater
2) Water Ring Pelletizer
Drive power: 1.5kW 2.2kW 3KW
RPM controller: AC frequency converter.
The cutter shaft is pressed by a manual spring.
There are 4 cutting knives.

With circulating water tank: Equipped with two filters to filter the granulated powder to prevent damage to the water pump

4) Vibrating sieve
It is used to sort powder or large pieces of materials produced during the granulation process. Qualified finished materials will enter the silo.
