The GDE-150 single screw extruder, in combination with a water-cooled strand pelletizing system, demonstrates significant advantages in the process of recycling PP and PE materials.  The single screw has deep grooves and a large pitch, along with axial slotting at the feed port, which can significantly improve the material conveyance rate.
