The underwater strand pelletizer consists of a dual-column screen changer, strand die head, guide trough, pelletizer, dehydrator, and vibrating screen, among other components. The screen changer typically features a large filtration area to effectively filter out impurities from the material. The pelletizer is made entirely of stainless steel, with cutting knives made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials, capable of effectively resisting the corrosion of water rust. The particle size is D3*3mm. The dehydrator can effectively remove moisture from the particles, yielding dry granules.
Granuwel Underwater Strand Pelletizing System features
The dual-column filter cartridge screen changer, with its large filtration area, reduces screen changing time and avoids material waste caused by frequent screen replacements.
The guide trough effectively drags the strands automatically into the pelletizer. The adjustable angle of the water tank's inclination allows for perfect matching between the water flow rate and the pelletizer's cutting speed, eliminating the risk of strand breakage and enhancing the yield of finished products.
