PP PE Rigid Regrinds Washing Line
Discover the step-by-step process of washing PP PE rigid regrinds in our detailed video, featuring advanced cleaning and drying systems.
In this video, we take you through the comprehensive process of washing PP PE rigid regrinds, showcasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire system. The video begins with the High-Speed Friction Washer, where intense friction removes contaminants and prepares the material for further cleaning. Next, we demonstrate the Sink-Float Separation stage, a critical step that separates heavier contaminants from the plastic using differences in density.
Following this, the regrinds are transported by a Screw Conveyor, ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase. The material then enters the Centrifugal Dryer, where high-speed rotation removes moisture, reducing the water content significantly.
To ensure the material is completely dry, it passes through a Hot Air Dryer, where warm air is circulated around the material, eliminating any remaining moisture. Finally, the cleaned and dried regrinds are collected in a Material Silo, ready for further processing or packaging.
This video provides an in-depth look at each step, illustrating how the integrated system works seamlessly to deliver clean, dry, and high-quality regrinds, ready for reuse or further manufacturing processes.
